1. Agreement
These terms apply when you visit soulhomerituals.shop or purchase a SOUL object, including still and within ritual sets. By placing an order you agree to this page as it stands on the date of purchase.
2. Products
SOUL objects are handmade ceramic ritual pieces with fragrance oil, stones, and botanicals. Descriptions, photographs, and stone pairings are offered in good faith. Small variations in glaze, stone, and scent throw are part of the object, not a defect.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah at checkout. An order is confirmed when payment is received. We may cancel an order if stock is unavailable, in which case we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.
