1. What we collect
When you shop or write to us we may collect your name, email, phone, delivery address, and order details. Payment data is handled by our payment partners. We do not ask you to store card numbers on this site.
2. How we use it
We use this information to fulfil orders, answer enquiries, and send order updates. We do not sell your details. Marketing messages, if any, will be optional and easy to stop.
3. Sharing
We share data only with services needed to run the shop: payments, shipping, hosting, and bot protection. Those partners may store data only as needed to complete their work.
4. Bot protection
Login, register, and password-reset forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. In invisible mode the check runs in the background and you may not see a challenge. Cloudflare processes limited technical signals for this purpose, including IP address, TLS fingerprint, browser type, and the page you are on. Cloudflare does not use these signals to identify you as a person. This processing is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
