1. Window
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ask for a photo of the parcel and the object so we can help quickly.
2. Condition of goods
Fragrance oil, stones, and botanicals that have been opened cannot usually be returned, except where the object arrived broken. Unused items in original packing may be discussed case by case.
3. How to request
Write through the Contact page or WhatsApp with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Shipping fees are only refunded when the error was ours.
